IONA SCOTTISH SESSION

It’s piping time, with a chaser of fiddles. Come join us tonight, Monday June 24th for tunes with Andrew Forbes. 2nd to last Iona Scottish Session guest night (next week July 1st, fiddler Caitlin Warbelow) before we change to a regular host format over the summer. Summer Mondays will be hosted by singers, Pamela Jean Agaloos and Steven Czajkowski and fiddler Amy Beshara. Each week will have a different musical focus for August and September then back to the regular special guest format in September. 9-12 every Monday night, all welcome to play, sing and listen.

Join us for the Monday session with weekly special guests until July 1, then for July and August the session will be anchored by fiddler and multi instrumentalist Matthew Christian returning to special guest format after Labor Day

Excited to welcome top fiddler Alasdair White on Monday 15th April 2024 at Iona kicking off the spring season of Monday night special guests at 180 Grand Street Brooklyn. Tunes 9-12 all welcome to play, sing and listen. Check out our tune lists and come join.
